Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs purchases made on adityaguptaofficial.com (“the Site”), operated by Aditya Gupta. By placing an order on the Site you agree to the terms set out below in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Nature of Products Sold
The Site sells digital educational products including online courses, structured learning modules, downloadable resources, and lifetime access to lesson libraries. All products are delivered electronically and are accessible immediately upon successful payment.
2. Refund Eligibility — 7-Day Window
You may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- You have completed less than 25% of the lesson content of the purchased course.
- The refund request is made via email to gaditya931@gmail.com with your order number, registered email address and reason for the request.
- No prior refund has been issued to you on the same product.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- More than 7 calendar days have passed since the original purchase date.
- You have consumed more than 25% of the lesson content (measured by lessons opened/marked complete).
- The refund is requested due to lack of internet access, hardware incompatibility, or other circumstances outside the Site’s control.
- Purchases made using promotional codes, bundle pricing or other discount mechanics, unless explicitly stated.
- Subscription renewals — see Section 5 below.
4. Order Cancellation
Because digital products are delivered immediately, you may cancel an order only before the access is granted. If you completed payment but have not yet been granted course access (rare), email gaditya931@gmail.com within 30 minutes of payment with your transaction ID and we will cancel the order and process a full refund.
5. Subscription Renewals
If a product is sold on a recurring subscription basis, you may cancel future renewals at any time from your My Account page. Cancellation stops further auto-debits but does not refund the current billing period.
6. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the same payment instrument used at checkout (Razorpay UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or wallet). We do not issue cash refunds or transfers to alternate accounts.
7. Disputes & Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first emailing us, your account access may be suspended pending resolution. We strongly prefer to resolve refund requests directly — please contact us first.
8. Force Majeure
The Site is not liable for failure to provide the product in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, technical infrastructure failure beyond reasonable control, or third-party service disruption (Razorpay, hosting, CDN). In such cases, refunds will be considered case-by-case.

10. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
